Delaware-based PNC Hires Reardon to Lead Houston’s Commercial Banking Team

May 28, 2026

Amy ReardonOn May 18, Wilmington, Delaware-based PNC Bank announced that Amy Reardon has been named market leader for commercial banking in Houston. She will lead the bank’s Houston commercial banking team, which serves companies with annual revenues between $10 million and $100 million. PNC Bank has more than 300 branches in Texas, including approximately 90 locations in the Houston region.

“Amy has built her career helping Houston companies think through their next stage of growth,” says Julie Young Sudduth, regional president for Houston. “She brings deep credit experience, strong local relationships and a practical understanding of the opportunities and pressures facing middle-market businesses.”

Reardon joined PNC Bank’s Houston team in 2013 as a commercial banking relationship manager through a predecessor organization and was promoted in 2019 to commercial group manager, overseeing the Houston North commercial banking team. Prior to joining PNC Bank, Reardon was a commercial relationship manager in the Houston banking industry. A third-generation banker, she began working in banking while attending college.

Reardon earned a BBA degree in finance from Texas A&M University and a certificate in negotiation from Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. She is active in local business and civic organizations, including service as the 2025 PNC Houston United Way campaign chair, a Smith-Hutson Endowed Chair of Banking advisory board member at Sam Houston State University and an executive committee member and treasurer for Interfaith of The Woodlands. She has also supported PNC Bank’s employee business resource groups, including PNC Women Connect, and has served as a 12-time mentor through the bank’s mentoring program.

Established in 1864, PNC Bank operates more than 2,300 branches across the U.S.
