Trlica Promoted to New Head of BOK Financial Energy Services

November 24, 2025

Alex TrlicaAlex Trlica has been named the new executive director of energy financial services at Tulsa, Oklahoma-based BOK Financial. Since joining the bank in 2017, he’s led key energy portfolios across upstream, midstream and syndicated markets, most recently serving as manager of energy financial services for North Texas.

Trlica earned his business degree from Texas Tech University. Active in his community, he is involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters, serves as a committee member for the Dallas Petroleum Club and previously served as a board member for the Texas Energy Council.

“Alex brings deep credit expertise, market insight and a collaborative approach, making him well prepared to succeed in this new role and continue driving results across BOKF’s energy business,” says Brad Vincent, executive vice president/specialized industries banking executive.

Established in 1990, BOK Financial Corp. is a $51 billion regional financial services company headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma with $118 billion in assets. Its holdings include BOKF NA, BOK Financial Securities Inc. and BOK Financial Private Wealth Inc. BOKF NA operates banking divisions across eight states as Bank of Albuquerque, Bank of Oklahoma, Bank of Texas and BOK Financial in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas and Missouri.
