Holt Named Fort Worth Market President at Southside Bank

November 24, 2025

Justin HoltTyler-based Southside Bank has appointed Justin Holt as Fort Worth market president, effective immediately. Bringing more than a decade of experience in banking leadership and commercial lending, he joined the Southside Bank team in 2023 as senior vice president/ commercial relationship manager.

Before joining Southside Bank, Holt served in various senior leadership positions at North Texas banks, including commercial lending leadership, regional executive assignments and market oversight responsibilities. Notably, he previously served as the Tarrant County market leader and regional executive vice president at his prior financial institution.

“[Justin’s] depth of experience in commercial banking, his knowledge of the greater Fort Worth community and his proven leadership make him the ideal choice as we accelerate our growth strategy,” says Keith Donahoe, president. “Justin has an outstanding track record of building high-performing teams and strengthening community ties—core priorities for our organization.”

Established in 1960, Southside Bank operates more than 55 branches throughout Texas.
