Vinson Joins Guaranty Bank & Trust as Fort Worth Area Chairman

April 26, 2022

Jason VinsonJason Vinson has been hired to serve as Fort Worth area chairman for Mount Pleasant-based Guaranty Bank & Trust. He is a veteran 18-year Tarrant County banker with experience in all facets of commercial lending and banking operations. He comes to Guaranty Bank after serving as executive vice president and Fort Worth market leader for Vista Bank, where he led the team that started ground-up operations for the bank’s de novo location.

Vinson attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where he was a member of the men’s golf team. He is also a graduate of Texas Christian University with an MBA degree and the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Vinson is active in the Fort Worth community, currently serving as chairman of the board for Samaritan House of Fort Worth.

Established in 1913, Guaranty Bank & Trust operates more than 30 branches in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, East Texas, Central Texas and the Houston region.
