Anita Lewis has been promoted to senior vice president and regional retail manager for Longview-based Texas Bank and Trust’s Dallas/Fort Worth region. The promotion was announced at the bank’s employee awards dinner on March 22.

Lewis has been involved in the financial services industry since 1991, beginning as a teller while attending high school, and later working as an operations manager, in lending as a processor, administrator and lender, and as branch manager of Texas Bank and Trust’s Terrell branch.

Lewis attended Trinity Valley Community College. She serves on the Ables Springs Volunteer Fire Department board as a director and treasurer, and is active with the Terrell Chamber of Commerce and Terrell Lions Club.

Established in 1958, Texas Bank and Trust Co. operates 21 branches throughout East Texas and the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
