Texas First Bank Welcomes DeWoody for SBA Business Development

Ryan DeWoodyTexas City-based Texas First Bank has hired Ryan DeWoody to serve as vice president/SBA business development officer. With more than 15 years of banking experience, he has specialized in SBA lending since 2011. He is skilled in small business lending, credit analysis and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Texas First Bank, DeWoody was vice president/SBA business development officer at Simmons Bank in The Woodlands and prior to that served as an SBA and commercial lending officer at Spirit of Texas Bank.

DeWoody earned a BA degree in agricultural economics, real estate and finance from Texas A&M University.

Established in 1982, Texas First Bank operates 27 banking offices in East Texas and the Houston region.
