SouthStar Bank Promotes Noyce to Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer

Ryan NoyceRyan Noyce has been promoted to executive vice president and chief lending officer at Moulton-based SouthStar Bank. He joined the SouthStar Bank team in 2017 as senior vice president of lending and has served the Texas banking industry for 25 years.

Prior to his promotion, Noyce was a regional executive responsible for leading and developing the bank’s urban south lending team. In 2021, he was awarded the Trailboss Award by the bank’s executive team. The Trailboss Award is given to individuals who have helped guide the bank’s teams, selected routes for new and expanded operations and supported key initiatives to exceed expectations. Before joining SouthStar Bank, Noyce held positions at Commerce National Bank, BB&T, First Citizens Bank and Wells Fargo Bank—all in the Austin area.

Noyce attended Texas State University and completed the SW Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. He currently serves on the board of the Reveal Resource Center and previously was a chamber ambassador for the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce.

Established in 1920, SouthStar Bank operates 16 branches in Texas.
