Longview-based Texas Bank and Trust announced several promotions at its employee awards dinner held in Longview in March.
Jorge Acuna was promoted to vice president/commercial lending officer, lending. He has worked for Texas Bank and Trust for the past eight years in the lending division, previously serving as a credit analyst and portfolio manager before becoming a commercial lender. A graduate of LeTourneau University, Acuna holds a BBA degree. In the community, he serves on the board and executive committee as treasurer of the Greater Longview United Way and volunteers with Junior Achievement. He is also a 2024 graduate of Leadership Longview.
Stacy Cammack was promoted to vice president/enterprise risk management and internal audit manager, risk management. She joined Texas Bank and Trust in 2016 as a financial reporting specialist. Prior to joining the bank, Cammack served as a controller for a petroleum company. A graduate of the University of Texas–Tyler, she holds a BBA degree in accounting. She also holds certifications in public accountancy, community bank internal auditing and as a bank risk specialist. In the community, Cammack serves on the board of directors and as treasurer for Financial Women in Texas, the Longview Centurion Club and Gregg County Crime Stoppers. She is an active member of the Texas Society of CPAs.
Kearsten Clark was promoted to administrative officer/lead fraud analyst. She joined the bank in 2021 as a risk management assistant, with nearly a decade of banking experience in teller operations, new accounts and lending operations for the industry. Clark was selected for the bank’s Impact peer-to-peer employee leadership program, as well as its Leadership Academy program for professional development.
Trey Cogswell was promoted to banking officer/portfolio manager. He joined the bank in 2021, serving as a credit analyst in the lending division, a role in which he previously served at both Harmony and SouthState Banks. Cogswell holds a BBA degree in finance from Texas A&M University. An avid runner, he is a longtime participant in the Blue Bell Fun Run in Brenham and serves as a volunteer at his church.
Zach Eschberger was promoted to assistant vice president/commercial lending officer, lending. He joined Texas Bank and Trust in 2021 as a credit analyst prior to transitioning to a portfolio manager ahead of this most recent promotion. A graduate of Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Eschberger holds a BBA degree in finance and was a four-year letterman in baseball for the university.
Montana Garcia was promoted to assistant vice president/mortgage loan originator, TBT Mortgage. She has been employed with the bank for the past five years, serving as a mortgage lending coordinator prior to transitioning to a mortgage originator for TBT Mortgage.
Kelli Horn was promoted to vice president/area operations manager, retail services. She began her career with the bank in 2012 in the retail services division. She is a graduate of both of the bank’s leadership development programs—Leadership Academy for employees and Corporate University for officers—and recently completed the Mentorship program of the Independent Bankers Association of Texas. In the community, Horn serves as an advocate with CASA for Kids of East Texas, as a member of Financial Women in Texas and as a volunteer with Camp V.
Julie Kirk was promoted to administrative officer/mortgage systems administrator. She joined the bank in 2013 as a mortgage loan processor in the residential mortgage lending department before transitioning to mortgage quality control specialist prior to her promotion to mortgage systems administrator. Kirk has more than 20 years of banking experience, having started her career in teller operations and as a lending assistant for both consumer and mortgage lending at Southside Bank.
Angela Littlefield was promoted to assistant vice president/mortgage loan originator, TBT Mortgage. She joined the bank in 2018 as a mortgage coordinator for its Dallas/Fort Worth region prior to transitioning to mortgage loan originator. She attended LeTourneau University in Longview and Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches. Littlefield is a member of the Emerson High School softball boosters.
Kristal Martin was promoted to senior vice president/enterprise solutions manager, bank operations. She began her career with Texas Bank and Trust in 2021 in the bank operations division and is currently serving as enterprise solutions manager. Prior to Texas Bank and Trust, Martin worked for more than 21 years at East Texas Professional Credit Union. She is a graduate of the Southwest CUNA Management School at Texas Christian University. In the community, Martin serves on the board of Longview ArtsView Children’s Theater. She has previously served with the Cherokee Rose Festival, Upshur County Relay for Live and Junior Achievement.
Will Pope was promoted to banking officer/portfolio manager. He has worked in the banking industry for five years. He began his career with Texas Bank and Trust in 2024 as a credit analyst in the bank’s Richardson branch. Pope has previously served as a senior credit analyst and portfolio manager/senior commercial underwriter for TIB NA in Farmers Branch. He is a graduate of both the Texas Tech School of Banking and Baylor University, where he earned his BA degree in film and digital media, minoring in business administration. Pope serves as a member of the IBAT Leadership Division for the Independent Bankers Association of Texas and as tri-chair for the Richardson Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament committee.
Kandis Rogers was promoted to administrative officer/lead lending assistant. She joined Texas Bank and Trust in 2022 as a commercial lending assistant for the business and professional banking team in Longview. Prior to her current role, Rogers garnered more than 10 years of banking experience as an assistant branch manager at Texana Bank. She attended Panola College in Carthage. Rogers was selected for TBT’s Leadership Academy.
Amber Rosenstein was promoted to CRA officer/compliance. She joined the bank in 2025, serving in the compliance department, having most recently served as assistant compliance and CRA officer for Texas National Bank. Rosenstein earned her industry certification as a CRA Certified Professional through CRA Today. She was selected for the bank’s Impact peer-to-peer leadership program.
DeeDee Smith was promoted to vice president/mortgage operations manager, TBT Mortgage. She has more than 28 years of banking experience, serving various financial services capacities, including teller operations and supervision, new accounts, accounting and lending support. She joined the bank in 2015 and has served for the past four years as the mortgage processing manager under TBT Mortgage. Smith was selected for TBT’s Corporate University officer leadership program in 2023.
Rachel Speed was promoted to vice president/business application manager, bank operations. She has been employed with the bank for the past 10 years, serving in various roles in bank operations and technology support. Speed attended Tyler Junior College, studying business administration. She has developed a strong background in application systems, process improvement and operational efficiency. She recently earned an industry certification for the nCino cloud-based banking platform and is a graduate of the bank’s Leadership Academy professional development program.
Lance Tate was promoted to assistant vice president/commercial lending officer, lending. He joined Texas Bank and Trust’s lending division in Canton in 2021. He attended the University of Texas–Tyler. In the community, Tate serves as treasurer for the Canton Rotary Club and as a deacon at the Broad Street Church of Christ.
Cody Tubbs was promoted to vice president/portfolio manager, lending. He began his career with Texas Bank and Trust in 2019 as a credit analyst in the lending division. A graduate of Hardin-Simmons University, Tubbs holds a BBA degree in finance. In the community, he serves on the safety team of Woodcreek Church and as a youth baseball coach.
Blake Waymire was promoted to banking officer. He began his career with the bank in 2014 as a lending assistant in Canton prior to transferring to the bank’s Van branch. Waymire serves as both a worship leader and a youth leader at The Bridge Fellowship church in Martin’s Mill. He also serves with the Van Chamber of Commerce and on the board of directors for Manna of Van Zandt County, where Waymire was instrumental in the development of the organization’s annual food drive competition among area financial institutions.
