PlainsCapital Bank’s Houston Lending Group Welcomes Hendricks

April 14, 2022

Samuel HendricksDallas-based PlainsCapital Bank recently announced that Samuel Hendricks has joined its Houston lending group as senior vice president/senior commercial loan officer at the bank’s 5 Riverway location.

“We are excited to welcome Samuel, who will be an excellent fit for our Houston lending team,” says Danny Schroder, Houston region chairman. “I know his leadership and experience will add value to our local and statewide banking initiatives.”

Hendricks has more than 22 years of financial services experience in the Houston area. He joins PlainsCapital from Prosperity Bank where he served as a vice president. He received his bachelor’s degree from Trinity University and his MBA degree in finance and marketing from the University of Houston. Hendricks is a member of the Arms Wide Adoption Services finance committee and has previously served on the 501(c)(3)’s board of directors as treasurer.

Established in 1955, PlainsCapital Bank operates 58 Texas branches and employs approximately 1,100 associates.
