Dallas-based PlainsCapital Bank announced that it has hired Hudson Marshall as executive vice president/commercial banking and public finance. He will lead the continued growth of the bank’s commercial middle-market business in Dallas and oversee its public finance strategy. “He brings a strong track record, and his experience will be key as we continue to grow our reach and support clients across a wide range of industries,” notes Brian Heflin, president.
A Dallas native, Marshall earned both his BBA degree in finance and MBA degree from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business. He is actively involved in the community, serving on the board of the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden and advising organizations such as the American Cancer Society and the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business. He is also a 2021 alumnus of the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Leadership Dallas program.
