Throughout his career, he has also held positions with Sonora Bank in San Angelo and Pecos County State Bank in Fort Stockton. Dominguez joined the National Bank of Andrews in 2017 and has served as chief lending officer since 2023, playing a key role in the bank’s lending strategy and continued growth.
Dominguez earned a BBA degree from Angelo State University. A former Angelo State University football player, he remains engaged in youth athletics, coaching soccer for his children. Dominguez is actively involved in his community and currently serves as president of the Andrews Economic Development Corp. board of directors, a position he has held since 2019. His past service includes the Fort Stockton City Council, Texas Bankers Association (TBA) board and the TBA Bank Leadership Council, on which he served for a year as chair. He has also served on the Northern Little League board in San Angelo and has been a member of the Rotary Club in both Alpine and San Angelo.
