Western Heritage Bank Promotes Molina to Controller

June 2, 2021

Shannon MolinaLas Cruces, New Mexico-based Western Heritage Bank announced that Shannon Molina has been promoted to controller. She began her banking career in 2003 with First American Bank and joined Western Heritage Bank as a teller shortly thereafter. Molina has held positions in both operations and accounting at the bank over the years. She holds several certifications in automated clearing house and accounting.

“With close to two decades of experience in the banking industry, most of which she has spent with us at Western Heritage Bank, we are proud to promote Shannon to controller,” says Greg Cory, president and CEO of Western Heritage Bank. “She has contributed to the growth and success of our bank.”

Established in 2001, Western Heritage Bank operates in El Paso, as well as Las Cruces and Deming, New Mexico. It is a New Mexico state bank and a wholly owned subsidiary of New Mexico First Financial Inc.
