Victory Bank in Lubbock Names Hill Chief Lending Officer

January 16, 2025

Chad HillLubbock-based Victory Bank and its parent company, Victory Financial Corp., recently announced the promotion of Chad Hill to chief lending officer. Since joining Victory Bank in 2023, Hill has played a pivotal role in expanding lending efforts across West Texas and the Big Country.

“Chad embodies our mission to deliver a Different and Better banking experience for business success,” says C. Brett McDowell, CEO. “His leadership and deep understanding of our market have been invaluable, and we’re excited to see him continue to drive our lending strategy as chief lending officer.”

Hill has 17 years of banking experience in the Lubbock market and spent nearly 15 years with PlainsCapital Bank, serving as senior vice president/real estate lending department manager before joining Victory Bank.

A native of Lubbock, Hill is a proud alumnus of Texas Tech University, where he played football for the Red Raiders and earned a BBA degree in finance, management and general business.

Established in 1917, Victory Bank operates four locations in West Texas and the Big Country. Victory Financial Corp. was formed in 2022.
