Texas Capital Bank Hires Kulkulka Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Development

Jocelyn KulkulkaIn mid-April, Dallas-based Texas Capital Bank named Jocelyn Kukulka head of investor relations and corporate development. She will be instrumental in helping drive the bank’s strategy and developing opportunities to improve shareholder returns.

Prior to Texas Capital Bank, Kukulka served as vice president of corporate development and investor relations for Western Alliance Bancorporation in Phoenix, Arizona, and has served as a director in the financial institution’s group investment banking division at Sandler O’Neill+Partners LP in New York City.

Established in 1998, Texas Capital Bank operates 10 banking offices in the Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio markets.
