Alabama-based Regions Bank Appoints Clemmons Texas Consumer Banking Executive

May 13, 2026

Christina ClemmonsBirmingham, Alabama-based Regions Bank announced the appointment of Christina Clemmons to serve as Texas consumer banking executive, a senior leadership role overseeing retail-banking operations across Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, Tyler and other Texas markets. She succeeds Michael Pardue, who now serves as retail segment program manager supporting branch operations across Region Bank’s 15-state retail-banking footprint.

Clemons has 31 years of banking experience, driving transformational growth across complex consumer banking organizations and building and leading high‑performing teams with bankers from a wide range of backgrounds. Most recently, she led a global academy dedicated to financial guidance, credit readiness and skills development for small-business owners. In addition to benefiting entrepreneurs, the academy strengthened banking talent pipelines across multiple business lines in the organization.

Clemons is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University. She holds FINRA Series 24, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

“We differentiate ourselves by how we work closely with individual customers to create a roadmap for their financial success,” notes John Jordan, head of retail. “Christina’s leadership will benefit our teams and our customers by further refining how we go to market in fast-growing cities around the state.”

Regions Bank recently announced a five-year branch enhancement plan that includes Texas, the Southeast and Midwest. The plan focuses on modernized branch designs, more convenient locations and enhanced spaces for personalized, one-on-one financial guidance.

Established in 1928, Regions Bank operates more than 1,200 banking offices.
