SouthWest Bank Welcomes Littlefield as Senior Compliance Officer

Lou Deane LittlefieldLou Deane Littlefield has joined Odessa-based SouthWest Bank to serve as senior vice president/senior compliance officer. She oversees all of the bank’s compliance processes with an emphasis on Bank Secrecy Act and Community Reinvestment Act policies and procedures.

With more than four decades of banking experience Littlefield previously worked as a CRA officer and compliance manager/SAFE/CRA at West Texas National Bank in Midland for four and a half years. Before that, she held positions at First National Bank of Stanton, Commercial State Bank and Community National Bank in Midland, working in lending, operations, credit, new accounts and compliance.

Littlefield holds an AAS degree in business administration and management from Midland College. She is a certified regulatory compliance manager through the Institute of Certified Bankers.

Established in 1999, SouthWest Bank serves West Texas with offices in Odessa, Lubbock and Midland.
