Ozona Bank Welcomes Villarreal as San Antonio Market President, Aguilar for Business Banking

Marc VillarrealOzona Bank has announced the appointment of Marc Villarreal as San Antonio market president. With nearly two decades of banking experience, he has built his career around helping businesses, entrepreneurs and families achieve their financial goals through relationship-driven banking. Since beginning his banking career in 2007, Villarreal has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor, working closely with customers to develop financial solutions that support long-term success.

“Marc’s passion for serving customers, his deep roots in the San Antonio business community and his relationship-first approach make him an outstanding fit for our culture,” says Tommy Forsythe, president.

Villarreal earned his BBA degree in management with a concentration in small business entrepreneurship from the University of Texas–San Antonio. He is an active leader within the San Antonio community. He currently serves as president of the Alamo Asian American Chamber of Commerce and as events committee chairman for the Asian Real Estate Association of America–San Antonio chapter. In addition, he is actively involved with the Business Professionals of San Antonio and the Hispanic Contractors Association of San Antonio.

Edwin AguilarIn other news, Ozona Bank has hired Edwin Aguilar to serve as assistant vice president/branch manager II–business banking. He brings nearly 18 years of banking experience. Throughout his banking career, he has held a variety of customer service and leadership roles, including teller supervisor, mobile branch supervisor, financial advisor and branch team leader.

Aguilar holds an associate degree in semiconductor engineering and a bachelor’s degree in leadership and management. He is also a strong advocate for financial literacy and actively volunteers within the communities he serves.

Established in 1905, Ozona Bank operates locations in Ozona, Wimberley, San Marcos and San Antonio.
