PlainsCapital Bank Welcomes Sadka as Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager

October 1, 2026

Dick SadkaDallas-based PlainsCapital Bank has hired Dick Sadka as senior vice president/senior relationship manager, serving commercial banking clients throughout the Houston market. He will be based at PlainsCapital’s Richmond Ave. banking center.

Sadka brings more than 40 years of banking experience spanning commercial banking, treasury services, portfolio management and business development. Prior to joining PlainsCapital Bank, he served as senior vice president/commercial lending and treasury management at Cadence Bank, where he spent more than 11 years. Earlier in his career, he held relationship management roles with Moody National Bank, Texas State Bank, Comerica Bank and Bank of America.

Sadka earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi. He also completed the Bank Administration Institute’s Bank Operations program through the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Established in 1955, PlainsCapital Bank operates more than 50 Texas branches. Its major markets include Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Lubbock, the Rio Grande Valley and San Antonio.
