Pilgrim Bank Promotes Snodgrass to Tyler Market President

April 3, 2026

Jason SnodgrassPittsburg-based Pilgrim Bank has announced the promotion of Jason Snodgrass to market president/Tyler. He joined the bank in 2018 and currently serves in Mount Pleasant as senior vice president/market leader for Northeast Texas. Pilgrim Bank has steadily expanded its presence across East Texas in recent years, and Snodgrass will play an important role in strengthening the bank’s footprint in Tyler—one of the region’s fastest-growing economic centers.

“Jason has consistently demonstrated the character, integrity and commitment to service that define our bank,” says Ken Pilgrim, senior chairman of the board. “Those qualities have earned the trust of our customers and communities, and we are excited to see him continue building on that foundation in the Tyler market.”

“Tyler continues to be an important and growing market for our organization,” notes Lonnie Pilgrim, chairman. “Jason brings the experience and relationship-focused approach needed to strengthen our presence and support the businesses and families that make East Texas thrive.”

Snodgrass earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Texas Tech University. He remains active in his community, serving as vice president and treasurer of the Mt. Pleasant Rodeo Association, vice president of the Chapel Hill Education Foundation and president of the Chapel Hill FFA Alumni and Booster Club. Snodgrass has also served in various community leadership roles, including chamber and economic development initiatives, and has volunteered as a youth coach for football, soccer and basketball. He is also a deacon at Northridge Church of Christ.

Established in 1911, Pilgrim Bank operates 14 banking offices across East Texas.
