Responsibilities:
- Oversees day-to-day operations of the operations support department and treasury management; provides guidance and manages daily operational activities to achieve customer service and business objectives.
- Manages operations support (back-office operations) and treasury management personnel, including training, mentoring and development; monitoring, evaluating and coaching performance; and staffing, scheduling, prioritizing and delegating work assignments.
- Ensures compliance with regulations, bank policies and procedures, as well as NACHA.
- Addresses and resolves complex customer service issues and employee disputes; performs and reviews tasks requiring manager level interaction.
- Performs other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
