Bandera Bank is seeking a qualified person to fill a full-time loan officer and senior managerial position. This position requires lending experience as well as good leadership and communication skills. Among other duties, the applicant should be able to:
- Market the bank’s services and products;
- Assist in policy development, updates and succession planning;
- Service new and existing loan customers; and
- Interact with regulatory examiners in a way that reflects positively on the bank.
