First State Bank seeks a dynamic and experienced individual to help lead the bank into the future. Working with the Board of Directors and CEO, this position will ensure the implementation of strategic direction and initiatives, including building a more digital presence. Will manage a portfolio, be responsible for loan production, and the day-to-day management of the bank. SBA/USDA lending experience is a definite plus.
