WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Create and Implement Digital Banking procedures to ensure functions are compliant and efficient for end users.
- Alongside Director of Business Banking, create and implement Treasury Management procedures to ensure functions are compliant and efficient for end users.
- Assist with and manage implementation projects for Digital and Treasury, while working closely with all associated parties from vendors, internal customers, and customers.
- Partner with and take ownership of various service vendor relationships to troubleshoot possible functionality challenges, upgrades, changes, etc.
- Ensure that all applicable service vendors are always held accountable and within frames of all service relationship agreements.
- Assist with and lead Online Banking operations.
- Online Banking registrations and maintenance, including end user setups
- Bill Pay setup and maintenance
- Mobile Deposit review and maintenance
- Troubleshooting and Access support
- User Profile maintenance
- Mobile Application updates and maintenance
- Daily processing of ACHs, Online Wires, online banking registrations, mobile deposits, lockbox, Stop Payments, etc.
- Assist with and lead the operations of Treasury Services.
- ACH Origination setups, maintenance, review
- Consumer and Commercial Wire Origination Setups, maintenance, review
- Remote Deposit Capture setups, maintenance, review
- Limit change requests
- Positive Pay setups and returns
- Lockbox processing and reporting
- Periodic reviews and annual audits
- Upon request, assist with required monthly reports.
- Participate in audit/regulatory exam process including but not limited to
- Data Gathering
- Exit Interviews as requested
- Exam remediation.
- Ensure operational procedures and policies are adhered to within bank audit guidelines.
- Work with fellow Operations Officer(s) to enhance leadership skills necessary to further career development.
- Assist with further developing skill set of team members to meet demands of growth.
- Complete required BSA / AML training, adhere to BSA / AML requirements and R Bank policy, and report any abnormal activity on high-risk customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TEAM?
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.
- Ability to read, understand and carry out verbal and written instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Proficient in arithmetic, bank practices and procedures.
- Must be adaptable.
- Must be team oriented and able to work with other personnel collaboratively.
- Ability to be self-motivated person with an outgoing and pleasant personality.
- Excellent typing and word processing skills.
- Familiarity with bank software, database management and Internet based software programs.
- Ability to speak Spanish.
- CTP or AAP certifications preferred.
- APRP certification preferred.
