Provides direction and leadership regarding risk management, goals and policies as developed by the CEO, Executive Management Team and the Board of Directors. Assist CEO with execution of strategic plan, establishing risk appetite and management of enterprise risk.  The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) works in close cooperation at all times with executive team peers across the organization and the Internal Audit department to help drive business growth, achievement of strategic goals, and maintenance of a balanced risk/reward framework.  The CRO leads the Enterprise Risk Committee and is a member of other standing management committees including Audit Committee.
