Legend Bank Announces Promotions and Commercial Lending Expansion in North Richland Hills

February 12, 2026

Jason McMahonBowie-based Legend Bank has announced two promotions of bankers serving North Richland Hills, Tarrant County and surrounding communities. Jason McMahon has been promoted to senior vice president/branch president of the North Richland Hills location and Addy Cook has been promoted to assistant vice president/commercial lender, expanding the bank’s commercial lending presence in North Richland Hills and North Fort Worth. These leadership advancements take place under the direction of Mindy Monroe, executive vice president/South regional president.

McMahon brings three decades of experience as a Tarrant County community banker. Before joining Legend Bank in 2024, he was senior vice president of commercial lending at First National Bank in Southlake for more than 17 years. Earlier in his career, he worked at Summit Bank, Wachovia and Bank of America. McMahon is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Graduate School of Banking and holds a BBA degree in finance from the University of Texas–Arlington. He currently volunteers as an FPU (Financial Peace University) coordinator for Ramsey Solutions, a Dave Ramsey Co.

Addy CookLegend Bank also announced the promotion of Addy Cook to assistant vice president/commercial lender, expanding the bank’s service to business clients in North Richland Hills, North Fort Worth and the surrounding areas. She began her career with Legend Bank as a credit analyst. For generations, her family has been part of Legend Bank’s story. Cook holds a BBA degree in finance from Midwestern State University.

“Addy’s strong foundation in credit, her genuine dedication to our customers and her family’s long connection to our bank’s history make her a tremendous asset,” Monroe notes.

Established in 1890, Legend Bank has 14 locations throughout North Texas.
