Turner Appointed to Rio Bank Board of Directors

June 26, 2024

Annie Uribe TurnerMcAllen-based Rio Bank has announced the appointment of Annie Uribe Turner to the bank’s board of directors. Turner has had a 40-year career in banking, having previously managed a diverse team of bankers and overseen a substantial portfolio of commercial loans and deposits, focusing on helping businesses achieve their financial goals.

A 2022 alumna of the Masters Leadership program of Greater San Antonio, Turner has also held leadership roles with several boards, including Lead San Antonio, the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber, San Antonio Women’s Hall of Fame Board and as a member of the YWCA wage equity advisory council.

Established in 1985, Rio Bank serves communities in the Rio Grande Valley and San Antonio with 16 banking centers.
