Jefferson Bank Welcomes Davis as Chief Human Resources Officer

Sharon DavisSharon Davis has joined San Antonio-based Jefferson Bank as chief human resources officer. She takes on the new role with more than 20 years of industry experience.

Prior to joining Jefferson Bank, Davis was executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Premier Bank in Ohio. Earlier stints in her career include human resources positions for First Community Bank in Alabama and Cintas in Alabama and Mississippi.

Davis received both a BSBA degree and an MBA degree from the University of South Alabama. She is also a graduate of Leadership Mobile (Alabama). She is a senior certified professional with the Society for Human Resource Management and a senior professional in human resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Davis serves on the board of the University of South Alabama National Alumni Association. She was recognized as one of “40 Under 40” in Mobile in 2015.

Established in 1946, Jefferson Bank has 14 banking offices in San Antonio, Austin and Central Texas.
