Texas Partners Bank Promotes Graves to EVP and Chief Risk Officer

Sherita GravesSherita Graves has been promoted to executive vice president and chief risk officer at San Antonio-based Texas Partners Bank. Previously serving as senior vice president and director of risk management, she has been with the bank for more than seven years.

With more than 18 years of experience in compliance and risk management, before joining Texas Partners Bank, Graves was a vice president and compliance manager at Frost Bank in San Antonio. Earlier in her career, she worked at Bank of the Ozarks and US Bank, in addition to serving as an assistant/associate bank examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in Illinois and Arkansas.

Graves holds a BS degree in finance from Jackson State University and earned her MBA degree from Mississippi State University. She is also a certified regulatory compliance manager through the American Bankers Association.

Established in 2007, Texas Partners Bank operates 11 branches in Central Texas.
