TIB Announces Retirement of Executive Vice President Texada

November 13, 2025

Beverly TexadaFarmers Branch-based TIB NA, the nation’s largest correspondent banking provider, has announced the retirement of Beverly Texada, executive vice president and director of card finance and accounting. She has served more than three decades with TIB, spending the entirety of her career there helping build what has become the bank’s industry-leading card services division.

Texada earned a BBA degree from Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. In 1994, she joined TIB as operations manager for TIB Card Services and was promoted to executive vice president in 2020. She served on the bank’s executive team and as secretary to the board of directors. Following her retirement, Texada will continue to serve as an ongoing consultant to TIB, primarily within the card services division.

“Beverly has served and led with integrity, professionalism and, most of all, grace,” notes Michael O’Rourke, president and CEO. “She is the epitome of a team player, a servant leader and a faithful friend. To know Beverly is to know what being a real trusted partner is all about. We will miss her daily presence, but wish her all the best in her retirement. Plus, we look forward to seeing her in her new consulting role.”
