R Bank Welcomes Voight as Executive Vice President and Commercial Lender, Mojica as Head of Concierge Banking

August 14, 2025

Round Rock-based R Bank recently announced the addition of Jonathan Voight as executive vice president/commercial lender, based in the Round Rock banking center. In addition, the bank has welcomed Ling Mojica to the team as head of concierge banking.

Jonathan VoightVoight is a native of Central Texas and has more than 20 years of commercial lending experience. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a BA degree in economics and began his banking career in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with City Bank. His experiences during the 2008 recession provided valuable insights into his roles as a credit analyst and commercial lender, which enabled him to lead City Bank’s market expansion into the College Station region. More recently, Voight served as senior vice president/regional manager for VeraBank in Williamson County, leading the bank’s PPP program and sustaining system-wide software implementations to improve lending processes and customer relationship management. Voight actively supports Backpack Friends, an organization addressing childhood food insecurity.

Jonathan VoightMojica’s banking career began during her senior year of high school, when she worked as a teller while pursuing a degree in nursing. However, her passion for building relationships and solving client challenges led her to pursue a career in banking full-time. She progressed from teller to personal banker to branch manager. Throughout her career, she has opened new retail offices and held roles in relationship and wealth management.

“As a community bank, we understand the critical role of innovation in serving our customers, while ensuring strong security and operational excellence,” says Todd Engemoen, president and CEO. “Ling brings extensive experience in relationship management and private banking.”

Established in 2009, R Bank serves Central Texas, the Gulf Coast and Fort Worth.
