Polunsky Beitel Green Taps Mortgage Industry Veteran Barton for Business Development

Hannah BartonDallas-based Polunsky Beitel Green LLP, a prominent residential mortgage law firm that serves Texas banks, announced that Hannah Barton has joined its business development team. She brings more than 12 years of experience in the residential mortgage industry, including expertise in client success, strategic partnerships and operational leadership. She is based in the firm’s Dallas office.

“Hannah is well known and widely respected in the industry, with deep knowledge of the mortgage lending landscape and proven track record of client-focused leadership,” says Marty Green, principal. “Her perspective from inside the industry makes her an ideal addition to our business development team as we continue to expand and adapt to meet the evolving needs of mortgage lenders nationwide.”

Barton has held senior roles in marketing, business development and client experience at several financial institutions and mortgage companies. She most recently served as an account manager at Arch Mortgage Insurance Co. and also led national marketing and business development initiatives for IDS Inc., a leading mortgage legal document software provider.

A graduate of Texas Tech University, Barton is a past president of the Dallas Mortgage Bankers Association and currently serves as the associate representative to the executive committee of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association.
