NBT Financial Announces Late Summer Hires of Tolson, Bredow and Braden

October 30, 2025

Fort Worth-based NBT Financial Bank recently announced three new hires.

Jessica Tolson has joined the bank as senior vice president and chief information officer. She has years of IT experience, ranging from IT manager to information security officer. Tolson graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Texas–Denton. Her industry certifications include CISSP, CISM, Security+, CBEH and CBSM.

Andrew Bredow has joined NBT Financial Bank as senior vice president/senior credit officer. He has more than 15 years of experience in banking and has held positions ranging from credit analyst to director of credit administration. Bredow earned his MBA degree from the University of Texas–Arlington and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association’s National Lending School and Leadership Arlington. He is currently attending the SW Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University with an anticipated graduation date in May 2026.

Angela Braden has joined the bank as assistant vice president/loan operations assistant manager. She has more than 10 years of experience in banking, serving previously as loan operations manager and loan operations officer. Braden received her Associate of Arts degree from Iowa Central University and also studied at the University of Nebraska in Omaha.

Established in 1973, NBT Financial Bank operates five branches in Fort Worth, Azle, Burleson, Hurst and Willow Park.
