This is a full-time salaried position that provides 90% of health insurance for entire immediate family and also includes additional commissions paid on sales performance.
We are looking for a Texas-based, self-motivated Insurance Sales Representative to deliver results through the implementation of effective sales strategies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales.
- Equally strategic and tactical in running a territory.
- Comfortable making lots of calls to warm, hot and cold leads.
- Motivated by making money and building relationships.
- Passion for clients and client service.
- Time, territory and account management organizational skills
- Field-based sales with 80%+ travel required in Texas
- Takes pride in pursuing and then closing deals.
- Writes clear quotes and proposals.
- Leverages technology to enhance performance and achieve sales metrics.
- Insurance Producers License in Texas: Life, Accident and Health and valid driver’s license.
