Hilpert Named Austin Market Leader for PNC Private Bank

December 10, 2025

Faye HilpertPittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based PNC Private Bank has appointed Faye Hilpert to lead its Austin-based team. She will oversee a local team that delivers wealth strategy, investment management, trust and estate services, and credit and cash management solutions to high- and ultra-high net worth individuals, families and business owners in Central Texas.

Hilpert brings more than 15 years of experience working with affluent families, business owners and corporate executives on complex estate, tax and wealth planning needs. She most recently served as director and regional wealth strategist for the private client practice at Forvis Mazars, advising clients on advanced estate planning, liquidity events, trusts and multigenerational wealth transfer. Earlier in her career, she practiced law as an estate planning, probate and tax attorney with Jackson Walker in Austin and at a boutique estate planning firm, clerked at the U.S. Tax Court in Washington, D.C., and held wealth advisory roles at both a large private bank and a brokerage firm.

“We continue to see strong growth in Austin among entrepreneurs, innovators and multigenerational families,” says Steven González, regional president for Austin. “Faye’s rare combination of legal training, tax expertise and hands-on advisory experience positions her to help clients navigate intricate estate and business transitions while keeping their family’s goals at the center of every decision.”

Hilpert, an Austin native, earned a BA degree from the University of Texas–Austin, a JD degree from the University of Texas School of Law and an LLM degree in taxation from the New York University School of Law. She was named to the State Bar of Texas Tax Section Leadership Academy and frequently speaks on topics related to succession planning for privately held and family-owned businesses.

Established in 2010, PNC Bank NA operates more than 2,300 branches across the U.S., including more than 300 locations in Texas and approximately 25 in the Austin region.
