Grubb Joins Jefferson Bank to Direct Trust Operations and Client Experience

July 13, 2023

“TerriSan Antonio-based Jefferson Bank has hired Teri Grubb to serve as senior vice president and director of trust operations and client experience. She will be responsible for the oversight and integrity of trust operations. Additionally, she will oversee the client experience of Jefferson Bank Trust, working in collaboration with the division president and trust officers, as well as the entire trust department team. Prior to joining Jefferson Bank, Grubb was a senior director of CAPTRUST, a wealth management firm in San Antonio.

“I know she will make a significant impact on Jefferson Bank, our clients and partners, and help us continue our growth and success trajectory while maintaining a highly personalized approach to our existing and future clients,” says Reagan Winslow, trust division president.

Grubb earned a BA degree and an MBA degree in organizational development from the University of Incarnate Word.

Established in 1946, Jefferson Bank operates 13 banking offices in Central Texas.
