San Antonio-based Jefferson Bank has hired Teri Grubb to serve as senior vice president and director of trust operations and client experience. She will be responsible for the oversight and integrity of trust operations. Additionally, she will oversee the client experience of Jefferson Bank Trust, working in collaboration with the division president and trust officers, as well as the entire trust department team. Prior to joining Jefferson Bank, Grubb was a senior director of CAPTRUST, a wealth management firm in San Antonio.

Grubb earned a BA degree and an MBA degree in organizational development from the University of Incarnate Word.
