Castillo and Marmon Join NBT Financial Bank

June 15, 2023

Fort Worth-based NBT Financial Bank has announced two new hires.

Julian Castillo has joined the bank as first vice president/loan officer. He has been in banking for more than 25 years. He previously was employed by Cendera Bank as a vice president. Castillo holds a BBA degree in international business with an emphasis on Spanish from the University of Texas–Arlington.

Cameron Marmon has joined the bank as first vice president/senior credit officer. He has been in banking for more than 11 years. He was most recently employed by the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas as a commercial bank examiner. Marmon earned a BBA degree in finance with an emphasis on real estate and investments from Texas Tech University.

Established in 1973, NBT Financial Bank operates branches in Fort Worth, Azle, Burleson and Hurst.
