Texas Regional Bank Extends Footprint into Bexar County

June 15, 2023

Harlingen-based Texas Regional Bank has opened a new banking center in San Antonio. With this expansion, the bank now has 29 locations across Texas. The new location expands Texas Regional Bank’s footprint along the I-35 corridor and brings it to Bexar County. Located near 1604 North and Blanco Rd., the bank’s services are tailored to personal and business clients. It also offers mortgages, wealth management and insurance services.

“Our goal is to be the people you know in the communities we serve,” says Lance Spruiell, Hill Country regional president. “Last year alone, we dedicated more than 3,700 hours to volunteering. As we expand our presence to Bexar County and beyond, Texas Regional Bank is ready to bring the same level of community involvement that has defined us.”

“TRB’s vision is banking Texas one relationship at a time. The San Antonio location positions us to make an impact and uplift the financial well-being of my community,” says Samantha Tejada, banking center operations manager. She has been a San Antonio resident for more than 10 years and is actively involved in the community.

Established in 1987, Texas Regional Bank has assets of $2.63 billion with banking centers across the Rio Grande Valley, the Texas Hill Country, Houston, San Antonio and the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
