American National Bank & Trust Expands Denton Market

April 13, 2021

Dwight Berry, president and CEO of Wichita Falls-based American National Bank & Trust, recently announced the opening of the bank’s permanent Denton location at 120 S. Carroll Blvd. Marty Rivers serves as the Denton market president and oversees all of the bank’s lending and operations in the Denton area. The full-service branch offers commercial and personal banking services, including treasury management, SBA lending, trust and investment management, and mortgage loans.

Along with the move, the bank has announced the addition of two experienced bankers to the team in Denton. Andre R. Bailey joins American National Bank & Trust as vice president of commercial lending. He has more than 17 years in commercial real estate and SBA lending on a national level. Bailey holds a BS degree in international finance and global leadership from the W.P. Carey School of Global Business at Arizona State University.

Austin Anderson has joined American National Bank & Trust as business development officer. He graduated from the University of North Texas and has been in the banking industry in Denton since 2012. He has experience with branch operations, consumer lending and mortgage lending. He is active in the Denton community with the Denton Chamber of Commerce and United Way of Denton County, having served as loaned executive and on the campaign committee.

Established in 1976,  American National Bank & Trust has more than $1 billion in assets with 12 branches throughout North Texas.
