Western Heritage Bank Promotes Corona to Co-BSA Officer 

April 13, 2022

Darlene CoronaLas Cruces, New Mexico-based Western Heritage Bank has promoted Darlene Corona to co-Bank Secrecy Act officer. A Las Cruces resident for 20 years, she has worked in the banking industry for more than seven years. Prior to this promotion, she served Western Heritage Bank as BSA/AML specialist. Corona also held positions at other financial institutions, serving as a mortgage associate and working in personal banking. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Phoenix.

“Darlene has been an asset to our compliance team and we are delighted that she will serve our bank in this new role,” says Greg Cory, president and CEO. “She holds tremendous value to us and to our banking community.”

Established in 2001, Western Heritage Bank operates locations in El Paso, as well as New Mexico locations in Las Cruces and Deming.
