VeraBank Hires Murray as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banker in Bryan/College Station

Michelle MurrayHenderson-based VeraBank has hired Michelle Murray to serve on its commercial banking team. She will serve as senior vice president and commercial banker at the bank’s Bryan/College Station branch. She brings more than 20 years of banking experience across many departments to her new role.

“VeraBank continues to experience strong growth in the Bryan/College Station market,” notes Joel Jackson, senior vice president/regional manager. “Michelle will help support that growth. She is the kind of banker people want to work with. She’s knowledgeable, friendly and understands customer needs and deadlines.”

“Michelle is an excellent fit for our Bryan/College Station team,” says Brad Tidwell, president and CEO. “She brings extensive experience, market expertise and the commitment to customer success that embodies our genuine banking brand.”

Established in 1930, VeraBank serves 16 counties in East, Central and Southeast Texas with 500 employees, a network of 40 branches, $3.9 billion in assets and trust assets under management of approximately $950 million.
