TIB Announces a Dozen Officer Promotions in December

December 29, 2022

On December 19, Farmers Branch-based TIB, the nation’s largest bankers’ bank, announced 12 officer promotions. The following individuals were promoted to senior vice president:

  • Jennifer Becherer was promoted to senior vice president/director of human resources. She joined TIB in 2019 and is a graduate of Southern Methodist University.
  • Andy Castle has been promoted to senior vice president/treasury manager. He joined TIB in 2009 and is a graduate of Texas Christian University.
  • Melissa Mainini has been promoted to senior vice president/fixed-income trader. She has been with TIB since 2015 and is a graduate of West Texas State University.
  • David Terrell has been promoted to senior vice president/fixed-income trader. He joined TIB in 2003 and is a graduate of Texas Tech University.

In addition, the following officers were also promoted:

  • Michael Boydston has been promoted to first vice president/capital markets officer within TIB Capital Markets.
  • Sheri Clark has been promoted to first vice president/operations manager within the TIB Card Services Division.
  • Michael Ghalibaf has been promoted to banking officer/investment strategies analyst within TIB Capital Markets.
  • Caleb Ledezma was promoted to banking officer/investment operations systems manager.
  • Patty Lowis has been promoted to first vice president/account services manager within the TIB Operational Services Division.
  • Candice Nelson has been promoted to first vice president/assistant director of investment operations.
  • Matthew Sharp has been promoted to vice president/card services senior relationship manager within the TIB Card Services Division.
  • Jennifer Winters has been promoted to card services officer/cardholder support manager within the TIB Card Services Division.

Established in 1982, TIB provides more than 30 products and services to nearly 1,400 community banks in 50 states, plus Guam.
