Texas Capital Bank Taps Boeta for Community Development in Austin

September 29, 2022

Barbara BoetaBarbra Boeta recently joined Dallas-based Texas Capital Bank to serve as vice president/community development officer in Austin. She comes to the bank after 19 years working in the nonprofit industry. Most recently, she was executive director of Economic Growth Business Incubator. Throughout her career, Boeta has helped start and grow thousands of small businesses in central Texas. In her new position, she will work with the bank’s community development team to help discover lending or investing opportunities that promote small business, create jobs, provide affordable housing and help revitalize underserved communities.

Boeta earned her BA degree in psychology from St. Edward’s University. Active in the community, she serves on the young professionals advisory board for LiftFund.

Established in 1998, Texas Capital Bank operates 11 banking offices in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, Houston region and central Texas.
