Texas Capital Bank Promotes Granberry; Hires Monaghan, Wolfgram and Werme

December 29, 2021

Dallas-based Texas Capital Bank announced three new hires and a promotion in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Zach Granberry has been promoted to executive vice president/senior regional manager of corporate banking for Texas Capital Bank’s Houston region. He most recently served as executive vice president in its private wealth group in Houston. Granberry brings more than 28 years of experience to this new role with Texas Capital Bank, where he will focus on diversified industries and media/telecommunications. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance as well as an MBA degree in finance from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.

Les Werme has joined the bank as senior vice president/corporate banking in Houston. He brings more than 12 years of industry experience to Texas Capital Bank, specializing in corporate banking for clients in the industrial, manufacturing and services industries. Werme earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Texas–Austin and an MBA degree in finance from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.

Texas Capital Bank has promoted Dave Monaghan to senior vice president/business banking in Dallas. With more than 24 years of banking industry experience, and he will lead a team of business bankers that serve clients with working capital and real estate needs across the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. He will also represent business banking on Texas Capital Bank’s Dallas/Fort Worth market leadership team. Monaghan earned his BBA degree in marketing and business administration from Midwestern State University and an MBA degree in executive business from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University.

Joshua Wolfgram has joined the bank’s mortgage finance team as vice president/regional manager of mortgage finance in Dallas. With more than 18 years of experience working with clients and customers on mortgage solutions, he will contribute to their Government National Mortgage Association early-buyout team with a focus on delinquent FHA loan buyouts. Wolfgram graduated from the University of Wisconsin.

Established in 1998, Texas Capital Bank operates 10 banking offices in the Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, Houston and San Antonio regions.
