Spirit of Texas Bancshares Names Johnson Chief Financial Officer

December 2, 2020

Allison JohnsonConroe-based Spirit of Texas Bancshares Inc., the holding company for Spirit of Texas Bank SSB, recently announced that Allison S. She has been serving as interim chief financial officer of the company and the bank since January. Since 2016, Johnson has served as chief accounting officer of the company and the bank, a role she maintained while also acting as interim CFO.
