Odessa-based SouthWest Bank has announced recent appointments to its board of directors. Melanie Hollmann , a partner at the law firm of Atkins, Hollmann, Jones, Peacock, Lewis & Lyon, joined the board in 2023. Micah Foster, chief financial officer for VoltaGrid, was recently appointed as an advisory board member.
Hollmann’s law practice focuses on corporate matters, including corporate transactions and the formation and maintenance of entities, as well as estate planning. She received her bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and JD degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law. She currently serves with the Odessa Development Corp. and West Texas Food Bank. In 2022, Hollmann was named St. Joseph’s Home Health’s “Woman of Distinction.”
Foster has more than 20 years of experience working in financial roles for publicly traded companies in both the upstream oil and natural gas industries, as well as the oilfield services industry. Before joining VoltaGrid, he served as CFO at Natural Gas Services Group Inc. Foster graduated from Abilene Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. He is also a certified public accountant. He previously served on the boards of local charitable organizations, including HighSky Children’s Ranch and the HighSky Foundation.
