SouthWest Bank Appoints Entrepreneur Navarrete to Board

May 29, 2025

“Isaiah Navarrete”On April 28, the board of directors of Odessa-based SouthWest Bank announced the promotion of Isaiah Navarrete from advisory director to full board member.

Based in Odessa, Navarrete is an entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse background spanning lending, oil and gas, finance and construction. He is the owner of Cobra Coating, a partner in Titan Factoring since 2015, and serves as CEO of JuEll Construction in San Antonio. Navarrete received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from McMurry University and began his career as a lending officer at Security State Bank.

“Isaiah’s expertise is a valuable asset to our board of directors,” says Paul Weaver, CEO. “We look forward to the continued influence he’ll have in supporting SouthWest Bank’s continued growth and deepening our impact across the communities we serve.”

Established in 1999, SouthWest Bank serves West Texas with offices in Odessa, Lubbock and Midland.
