After 30 years at Odessa-based SouthWest Bank and a remarkable 60-year career in banking, Toby Tripp, trust and wealth manager, is retiring. Tripp has been with SouthWest Bank since the very beginning, playing a key role in the bank’s growth and success. As trust and wealth manager, his leadership and expertise helped build a legacy of trust and excellence that still shapes the bank today. Throughout his 60-year banking career, Tripp shaped the bank’s culture, strengthened its values and contributed to its long-term success.
