July 30, 2026

Chad HillOn July 22, Lubbock-based Victory Bank announced the promotion of Chad Hill to executive vice president and chief lending officer. He has also been appointed to the bank’s board as an advisory director.

Hill joined Victory Bank in 2023 as senior vice president before being named chief lending officer in 2025. Since then, he has strategically expanded the bank’s lending operations across West Texas, the Big Country and the Hill Country. He currently serves as treasurer for ECHO West Texas and has served on the board of the Covenant Health System Foundation for more than seven years. “Chad has consistently put skilled, capable banking into action for our customers, and this promotion puts him in an even stronger position to create better experiences for our customers and stakeholders alike,” says C. Brett McDowell, CEO and vice chair.
