Seasoned West Texas Banker Greenlee Joins First Bank Texas Board

Ed GreenleeWeatherford-based First Bank Texas has appointed Ed Greenlee to its board of directors. A respected Texas banking executive with 50 years of experience, he brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a strong commitment to community-centered financial services.

A native of Abilene, Greenlee’s career in banking has spanned markets across the state, from Abilene, Kerrville and San Antonio to Vernon and Sulphur Springs. Most recently, he held executive roles in Abilene. His expertise lies in commercial lending and strategic branch leadership.

Greenlee earned a finance degree from Abilene Christian University and is a graduate of Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University.

“[Greenlee’s] proven leadership and insight into banking make him a valuable asset as we continue our mission to serve the financial needs of our customers and communities,” says Zan Prince, chairman.

Established in 1880, First Bank Texas operates 14 branches in West Texas and the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
